Severe weather update

Severe weather conditions have impacted across Mosman and residents are advised of the following available resources.

Please contact the SES on 132 500 or our local Mosman SES unit for assistance on private property, however please note there may be a delay for emergency services given the demand for assistance across the local area.

Council can respond to requests for blocked drains or pits on Council land, such as nature strips, footpaths and roads, with Council staff attending to blocked drains throughout the day. Drains deemed too dangerous to attempt to clean or unblock will be attended to once conditions are safe.

Sportsfields are currently closed and their status is updated via our Works & Alerts site.

If your property is affected by flooding, review the advice provided by the Insurance Council of Australia.
