Some of the most significant planning reforms in years are now in place in NSW, and Mosman’s urban environment is expected to change significantly.
The Low and Mid-Rise Housing Policy was introduced by the NSW Government. As the level of government closest to the community, one of Council's key roles is to inform residents and explain these changes.
Council hosted Community Information Sessions on the Low and Mid-Rise Housing Policy at Allan Border Oval Pavilion on Wednesday 9 April, and online on Tuesday 15 April, for interested residents to learn more about the NSW Government’s recently-announced Low and Mid-Rise Housing Policy.
View the session recording and presentation slides.
Council has been working alongside the community to understand the implications for Mosman. To encourage community awareness about the planning reforms, a video has been produced to help further explain the changes and potential impacts.
