Application Tracking

Due to high volumes of traffic, the Application Tracker is currently experiencing difficulties retrieving application information and there may be some disruption to service delivery. Our IT team is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I can't find the DA I'm looking for – why?

You may have entered an incorrect DA number or made a typing error. Try searching again using the property address option. 

One or more specific documents are not showing up – why?

Documents will not appear on the Tracker until 24 hours after their registration on Council's document management system.

I clicked on a document but my browser window is blank – why?

It may be that your browser doesn't have the required plugin or viewer. Documents are stored in various formats, including DOC, XLS, PDF, and .tif images.

How do you print a document?

Print from your browser or application window.

Application Tracker Disclaimer - Privacy and Copyright

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) provides that anyone may inspect, free of charge, certain documents held by a Council, including (among others) Development Applications and associated documents. A Council complying with its obligation under the GIPA Act does not breach copyright law. However a person who through this process obtains a copy of a survey or other plans subject to copyright, would be in break of copyright law if those plans were later used in a way adverse to the interest of the holder of the copyright. If you do copy, reproduce, republish, upload to a third party, transmit or distribute in any way plans, building specifications or other documents subject to copyright, contrary to the provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) you will be taken to have indemnified Mosman Council against any claim or action in respect to breach of copyright.

Please note, by lodging a Development Application, applicants acknowledge and agree to the use of all relevant plans and reports lodged with the application for public exhibition purposes and note that they will be made available to the public on Council's website.
